My aunt got one of the five numbers but it is not on the same place as the one on the winner combination. Did she win anything?

For example the winner is:
1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 mega ball 6
My aunt got:
8 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 4 mega ball 12
She got the 4 but not on the same spot.

doesn’t matter location as long as the mega ball number matches. match1 number plus mega ball number matching. so i would say no. you can take it to the store and they will check it for you just to be sure.
Unless TX lottery is different than other states, it doesn’t make a difference what placement the numbers were in, it’s a matter of getting the numbers…. except for, in my case, the powerball number… which has to be exact
