Well, I received an email that I won a International Mega Million Lottery which I didn’t know….and which I had never assigned to it but it said that it randomly picked out the email addy and I was chosen. But I am skeptical to claim it. Has this ever happened to anyone? and is it a fraud that people are doing to get personal information for identity theft? Today I received an email from the California Lottery, informing me that I won? Problem was, said payable lump sum will be coming from the Central Bank of West Africa? Although when I checked the lottery’s home site, it said there that they indeed send out email messages to people chosen to receive a percentage of unclaimed winnings from both Mega-Millions and Super Lotto Plus. But then, isn’t that too good to be true? I’m flabbergasted. I’m thinking that, since the money is in West Africa, there’s got to be a mistake somewhere. It smells of a phishing scam. Any thoughts?
