If you really won money, why can’t they take the fees and taxes out of your winnings?
If you ever have to give money to get winnings that is fake. This scam has been going on for a long time.

Scam. Don’t cash it and don’t try to cash it. If you bank accepts it and then guess what it won’t clear. Your account balance is negative. Then you have to pay it back. Burn it or report it to the FTC.
