I would just go to the store and collect.
Anything under 600 dollars, I believe, can be cashed at a store. Take it in, they will scan it and tell you how much you’ve won, and pay you.
They have multiple check writing centers in Illinois that you can go to (make a copy first), then take it into a check writing center near you, you can find a office by logging into Illinoislottery.com. Look under ” How do I claim my prize” under FAQ sections. You can print a claim form that must be filled out if prize is $600 or more.
Usually you can get the store to pay off anything up tp $99 or $149. You can find the amount the store will pay off in the official rules.

Just go to the nearest gas station convenience shop and give them the ticket. They will give you $10.
