if a 16 year old boy play the lottery in win the mega millions in he won but don’t wont to give it to his parents caus he thinks his parents will do him boggus but still than he want the money all by his self but he can’t cash it in caus he 16 u think he should tell the police or wat should he do to get his money but he still fear somebody will do him boggus if he gives it to someone in his family wat could that person do especially if he won’t the money by his self

the legal age is 18 to play the lottery in most states some are 21 so go to the state of the lottery’s website and read the legal. so if he wins he has to give it to someone he trusts over the age of 18 to cash it in for him otherwise the lottery considers the ticket no good.

I’m guessing you live in the US? I’m not totally sure on gambling laws there but isn’t it technically illegal that you even played the lottery? If so, tough luck getting the money. The small print usually says something like if you’re under the legal gambling age, we don’t have to pay anything out to you. In that case, they probably won’t, especially because your parents don’t know about it. So if you are under the legal gambling age, don’t fool yourself, you have absolutely NO legal right in this instance.
If you ARE legally allowed to play the lottery, but need the consent of a guardian for the money to be paid out to you…well that is a little tricky. The complicated route would be to legally divorce yourself from your parents, so they can’t take your money, but that would also mean moving out of their home, and I don’t exactly recommend this. The other would be to have the money put in a bank account that no one can touch until you come of age. You’ll need a lawyer for this, most likely. The downside is, you don’t get to use this money til then either, but the good thing is, your parents will never touch it.
Because of your unimpressive grammar I don’t know whether you actually won the lottery or this is a hypothetical question, but if you are legally allowed to play the lottery, why not ask a lawyer, as these things vary depending on where you live.
You cannot collect. You are too young. Must be at least 18 years old. Who ever presents the winning ticket, of legal age, is considered the winner. They have no reason to give you any.

Don’t buy a ticket if you’re 16. You’ll never be able to cash it in. The lottery will not pay out to a 16 year old.
