If that one in 150m chance comes true, you can hire a top attorney to advise you. Until then, I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it. Even if you played every week for the next 1,000 years, the odds are still very much against you.

If your question was would you still be eligible to win the jackpot despite not actually being a legal resident of the state in which the lottery was held, the answer to that is YES.
