First off, the order of the balls doesn’t matter. Then you see if you matched the Mega Ball. If you did you automatically get a prize of at least $2.
The minimum needed to win a prize if you don’t have the Mega Ball is three numbers matched, which will win you $7. Four wins you $150. Five wins you $250,000. If you have the Mega Ball as well the prizes get way better.
In your case you did not hit the Mega Ball, but you did match two other numbers (30 + 39). This wins you nothing.
