It says on my ticket, “If the green ball pops up on the Nightly Pick 3 drawing, you get a second chance to win on the same ticket now thru March 29th.”
I believe the last drawing was last Friday but I didn’t get to see it on the T.V. So did the green ball popped up? And if it did, does it mean if tonight’s drawing matches the ticket from last week, I still can win?

It has nothing to do with Mega Millions. It is simply an advertisement printed on Mega Millions tickets for the Pick 3 game.
From 3/2/2009 to 3/29/2009 NJ Pick 3 is running a promotional period where a second draw is held if a green ball pops up. That means, you’ll have two chances to win on the Pick 3 game.
For example, today’s winning number was 846. Then, from a bowl containing 10 white and one green ball, they drew a ball, and it happened to be a green ball. So, a second draw of the Pick 3 was held and the winning number was 871. So, because of the second bonus draw, players who have played 871 will also win something. It simply means that there are two winning numbers instead of one for this draw.
Again, it is not in any way related to your Mega ticket.
